Refund Policy

If a Squatty PottyO item arrives damaged or is the wrong SKU, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the merchandise total.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the guest’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong thing. Wipes, bidet nozzles that have been installed, and opened hygiene items are final sale.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Sale and bundle pricing is refunded at the amount actually paid.
