We ship from the United States. Domestic ground is complimentary on orders over $50 before tax. Orders under that threshold are quoted at checkout. Most in-stock parcels leave within one to three business days.

You will receive a carrier tracking link when the label is created. Transit estimates are not guarantees. Remote ZIP codes, PO boxes, and freight-restricted bidet cartons can add time. International orders, when offered, are the guest’s responsibility for duties and VAT.

If a parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it, wait one business day, check with neighbors, then write support with photos of the doorway. We file carrier traces before we reship.
