Our Story

Squatty PottyO started in St. George, Utah, with a simple observation: the modern sit-down toilet asks the body to work against its own plumbing. A low stool that lifts the feet restores a more natural squat so bathroom visits can feel quicker and more complete.

The original stool became a bathroom staple after a very public television demo, then grew into folding Oslo woods, slim teak and ghost acrylic profiles, travel Porta designs, flushable wipes, and bidet add-ons. Pioneer Mesa Bathworks LLC now operates the shop from 2155 East Pioneer Parkway, Suite 140, St. George, UT 84790.

We still design around one promise: a better bathroom visit without remodeling the room. Browse stools, essentials, and bundles, or read How It Works and the medical studies we cite when guests ask why the squat matters.
